Project STEP (Strategize, Train, Empower and Place) provides intensive one-on-one employment case management to maximize the individual´s likelihood of obtaining employment with benefits. The emphasis on individualized services closely matches job-seeker skills with employer needs. NADAP is committed to preparing and assisting its customers to obtain the right job to meet needs.
NADAP´s experience providing workforce development services spans more than three decades.
